We require 50% deposit at time of order and remaining balance in full prior to shipping/ pick up time. Payments can be made using credit cards, checks, cash, money orders, wire transfers, or via Paypal. We offer various discounts throughout the year. Please call or email us to find out more.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE US - Working with several freight carriers allows us to offer our clients great shipping rates. We compare quotes from multiple carriers and choose the most affordable and reliable option available. We can estimate shipping cost prior to completion time. Final shipping cost can only be determined once your order is completed. Choose a commercial shipping location over a residential one if possible in order to minimize your shipping cost.
SHIPPING TO CANADA - Shipment arrangements to Canada are processed in coordination with a licensed customs broker. Please have your broker's name and contact information ready at time of order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - At this time we do not offer international shipping. We request international shipping arrangements to be made by our clients prior to placing an order.
UPS SHIPPING - We charge $150 to ship single flatback props within the continental us. (this applies to average human-sized props only)
